Pay no attention to the 1star review, at all. Smooth concrete with plenty of areas for skaters of every level. There is a monster if a bowl hitting about 15ft that winds into an excellent mixture of rolling humps and bowl sections. Excellent area for flatland tricks, which connects to an area where someone can learn. Skatepark culture was amazing while visiting people if all shapes, ages, and backgrounds showing eachother how to be better skaters or riders, with no evidence of drinking or drug use at the park. There was also no graffiti on the concrete making for even better skating.
