Very nice, smaller park. It has a three playgrounds and a pool. Only one of the three playgrounds is updated. One of them can't even be enjoyed because it's old and decrepit. However I'll still rate it high because it's rarely busy and many young people enjoy the skate ramp.

Despite what people say the park is geared towards transition not so much Street. While there are a few Street obstacles they're all right next to bowls like within falling in distance the bowl should have been more separated from the actual Street section. It's not a bad Park but if you're a street skater it's really not going to be the best park for you... but it's a bowl skaters dream you can transition from one Bowl to the next...
