Called last Saturday to inquire if they had scooters in stock that would accommodate my 10 year old. I was told they had around 10 different ones to choose from. Drove up the next day for 3 hours to find out that was a lie. I was also told they had complete skateboards ready to go. That was a lie as well. Sunday morning when we arrived at 10 am the shop was still closed. Around 10:20 staff showed up (tim Hortons in hand) and finally opened. Once inside we couldn't help but notice how filthy it was. Piles of dirt and garbage all over the floor, tables were the same way. Staff blamed the people from the night before. I politely left my phone number so I could voice my concerns to management. Nobody called. A long story short : my son had a crappy birthday and nobody at this location seemed to care or have any knowledge about products in stock. What a waste of a day and 6 hrs of driving. I do not recommend this place in any capacity due to lack of knowledge, work ethic, or compassion. Literally nothing went right at this place. I'm gutted.

A modest sized skate, scooter and BMX park built in a single commercial bay. There's a decent variety of obstacles that include a beginner area, street section, resi launch ramp and half pipe. During our first visit, we mostly skated the half pipe that was about four feet tall, ten feet wide, 20 feet long with gentle coping and transition. Perhaps not the easiest ramp to learn new skateboard tricks on due to its height, but was fun to ride. We plan on visiting again to spend more time on it. There's a scooter shop in the front with safety gear and snacks available for sale.

My daughter takes skateboarding lessons at HOW. The staff are patient, kind and encouraging. She is gaining confidence and having fun with every lesson. There is plenty of space and ramps to learn on. They keep safety as a top priority too. I highly recommended this facility.
