Just rescued 2 young boys from the large bowl here. These poor boys had been there for 2 hours they were saying. It is so very dangerous. How many people went into the rec center or walked by and just ignored the cries for help. These poor boys were freezing. I think for safety for all, maybe a good idea to put in a ladder for little kids to get out.
