Bowl is surrounded by dirt and trees for the wind to fill it with slippery dust and debris. The park is just a bowl, no real flat space. Transitions are all small and tight. Almost the whole park is painted to hide graffiti so everything is slippery, and if it hasn't been painted it's covered in cracked patching that's chipped off and created an even worse surface.

It was a really clean nice park. Someone was sleeping on one of the benches on the far side. But my kids played on the play ground was perfect for small children. Nice grass area and plenty of tables to sit at. Also a really nice skate area and didn't see any restrooms.

Alright, my kids like this park. I didn’t like it all that much. I’d really rate it a 2.5. Pros: splash pad, plenty of picnic tables, two baby swings and a tire swing. cute play structure. Low traffic park. Skatepark. Open grass area and sidewalk around to walk. Gate around park. Cons: Park has no public bathroom, park didn’t feel very clean, parking was not super available. The deck to the splash pad is slick and my toddler kept smacking his head slipping. Lastly, the park has sand, which in combination of the kids being wet from the splash pad it was the worst.
