I've been riding this park since day one. Smooth transitions with no kinks. Deep keyhole with vert/tile/coping, kidney bowl and flow course. Night lights also. SKATEPARK ONLY, NO BIKES!

The skatepark itself looks quite nice but the fact that there are so many homeless people both doing and selling drugs makes a completely hostile environment impossible to do anything there

Decent bowl park. I'm not too interested in visiting this spot again because of the vagrants. I've observed several of them peeking into people's vehicles as they park in this area. Bikes are also not allowed for some reason. Telling people what they can and can't ride (within reason), and how defeats the soul of a skate park. The only reason it isn't being rated 1 star, is because the concrete is good and smooth!
