This park is definitely showing it's age. It's not the best in the city, but the bowl is super unique. Maintenance is needed to fix up some cracks and holes in the pavement. If you're having trouble finding the park, it's directly behind the curling building.

West to east direction from Bowen park do not confuse location as that's why this shot exists. However this skate park has year round over head lights at night which is nice no shadow to skate Ollie over which is good one pyramid a rail a bowl that kinda looks like some hanging male if you get wat I mean. Made possible by the Lion club of Nanaimo no idea what they do but looks sports related which is leisure base I suppose. There's also a two ramps and a block to jump. I would be very careful over the grate and crack in the bottom left corner looks like a head hitter spot but no graffiti art nothing it's all been painted black n grey which I find uncolorful but I guess it was offensive language art but I'm not sure and nor will you be. Turn at behind that curling arena and there it is pretty thrown away place few use. Heather report thank you for reading

This has been my favourite place to skate since I was a child. I will never stop coming here. Good and bad memories, love them all.
