Thanks One Love Skateboard Academy, today I am so happy getting coaching in this skateboard school, the instructor Vinicius is very professional, he teachs you step by step, and give you lots confidence, i start skateboarding late, but this academy Always encourage you, even the management so carefully make schedule and make sure the time, the weacher, the location fit your training, i really highly recommend this school, good environment, good place, just like the name, One Iove forever👍👍👍❤❤❤

My son has had an awesome time this week at spring break camp. In just 4 days he has improved so much and gained so much confidence. Dan was great from start to finish and both instructors were hands on and made the whole experience worth while. I only wish they had a closer location to us in Langley so we could go more often! I highly recommend One Love, you won’t regret it.

I'm not really sure why there are ANY bad reviews at all... I've read them; both obviously middle-aged, angry women... what society typically refers to as "Karens", although I understand that is not a very socially acceptable term to use anymore... definitely seems fitting in these circumstances... Tip to Dan: Don't give in to the "Karens"!!! No refund in the world is going to make them happy, because their anger and issues run far deeper than anything within your control and have very little to do with your business or their child's experience! :) Anywaaays...OUR EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN SOOO POSITIVE! My daughter is 7 years old and has several learning disabilities. She isn't the best at school and is a slow learner academically so sports is really where she gains a lot of her confidence from. She excels in ice hockey, snowboarding and mountain biking. She has been begging to try skateboarding for 3 years now and I've finally gotten around to getting her into a lesson to try it. I've honestly had nothing but a positive experience in dealing with the owner and his partner. They are both very on top of things and will call you if they have any questions or if they need to confirm anything, which I really appreciate. Their instructor, Verek, is absolutely amazing and so understanding and intuitive as to what my daughter needs, how she is feeling and is extremely great with children. He started with a basics and really just excelled further based on my daughter's comfort level and whether or not she felt she wanted to push harder or back off. Also, just the vibe I get from this skateboard company is that they are very welcoming and it seems like a very relaxed and comfortable environment which is perfect when you are trying to learn something so technical and difficult. I'm not sure what other people are expecting or wanting, perhaps their children learn better in a very regimented and drill sergeant-esque fashion; however, that is definitely not how my child learns so I appreciate the relaxed environment. I should also state that although it is relaxed and comfortable, there is still a high level of professionalism amongst the people who work here. If you are looking for something for your child to do that will challenge themselves and boost their self-confidence, I would definitely recommend skateboarding lessons at this location! I've had a wonderful experience. Thank you One Love!! BONUS: They also have a really cool second hand store in the shop so it's kind of interesting to look back at some of the old fashion. I totally understand people who like thrift shopping. It definitely took me back to my prime in the '90s :D
