It's always clean. I feel safe there. It always has people using facilities for different activities. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The playground can be crowded on the weekends, but the skate park is either empty or just a few nice people are there skating.

It's a clean and nice park. Not too many games, but it is only for little kids, probably under 10 years old. The swings are only for toddlers or babies. There are picnic tables but no shade on any. Plenty of parking. There are restrooms. i didn't go in there, so I dont know the condition.

a review from @amom2kidsandapark if you have a kiddo who loves to climb this is a great park to visit! The playground has one slide accessible only by ladder, a net tower, two types of monkey bars, a spiral spinning bar, a so beautifully symmetrical giant circle around more circles for varying climbing options, and an obstacle course like bridge. This whole playground feels like it was designed to go from one end to the other without touching the ground. Serious floor is lava vibes. There is a swing set with bucket swings only. The playground isn’t completely gated but there is a fence separating the play area from the parking lot and the street. Nearby there are picnic tables each with a bbq. There is a softball field and a skatepark in the back corner (maybe that’s why it’s called thrasher 🤷♀️🛹) Sharing the same parking lot is the San Leandro Historical Railway Society building
