This park is great! Free parking and free outdoor plyometric workout equipment. If you go early in the morning, the plyometric equipment is usually available with no one else using it. There is a nice walking trail with a lot of calisthenic workout equipment. There is a short, strenuous hike you can do that gives great views of the surrounding city. It is a well-traveled trail with lots of people on it.

This park would be a lot better if all of the obstacles were on flat and not at the top of a funbox. The bowl is pretty nice though. #1000skateparkchallenge #cementurians

Great place to get your body moving ;hiking jogging trail basketball,skate park, work out station etc.
