The course is not necessarily spectacular by any means. The notched coping is rad though! I gave it a 4 star rating because the place is fun, it's never too crowded, the obstacles are easily approachable, it's located near a convenience store, and the sunsets are incredible here.

Good place to learn to skate, as everything is fairly chill from the easy flat ramps to the quarter pipe and brick wall. The boxes and rails are low. Pavement is smooth. The park was clean and mostly free of debris so somebody is taking care of it.

I really like this park, but it's admittedly very limited in what it offers. The flatbar, ledge and manual pad/slappy curb aren't anything special, but they function as expected. They have clear lanes for approach and roll away. They're a decent height for any mid-level skater. The pole jam is also a cool addition, but I think it'd be nice if it was a bit less vertical (though it's pretty realistic for a street pole jam tbf). The quarter pipe section at the north end is nice for pumping through the corner if you want to hit something with a bit of speed, which is almost essential for a park this small. The coping has cross cuts in it to give it texture, which is fine, I guess. You pretty much need the entire length of the park to get decent speed to hit the QP though, so it could cause traffic issues. The south bank is perfectly fine, though the hips don't have much utility because you either have a terrible approach or zero roll away, which is unfortunate. The bank on the west side has brick texture pressed into it, and doesn't have coping on the top, so you get a nice street-like feature to play with. You can kind of ride that and the center spine like a mini ramp, but it's awkward. The spine offers a lot of interesting options for more advanced skillsets. I've not really ridden it myself, but I've seen some cool stuff done on it. It also serves well as a wall that creates a natural flow direction around the park, so traffic is pretty predictable.
