Skate park is likely great for advanced rider but not really great for anyone else. It’s very small and offer little other skating areas. It’s not easy to reach with public transportation, lacks real trash cans, I couldn’t find any restrooms nearby, no water fountains that I could find and seems to be overrun by teenagers who aren’t skating but blocking much of the skate area.

This is not a skatepark or a "skate lab" whatever that means. It's just a bowl which is also too big for 99% of skaters. Only for advanced bowlskaters. Shaw skatepark is 1000x better

A well built authentic good ol' fashioned concrete bowl complete with pool coping. Not your typical skate park- advanced users only. It's in a nice area with parking nearby.
