Honestly just read Jacob Lees review. This place sucks. It’s full of cracks and at the bottom of the 4 stair there’s so many cracks that landing is super sketchy and dangerous. Also why the hell would you build the 4 stair with no room to get speed? There’s no ramp to drop in to go faster, so you feel super unsafe Ollieng it. I don’t know what to say about the manual pad thing in the middle of the park. It’s way too big to be an effective practice for new skaters. Skate parks are supposed to be places to practice, and making the manual pad so high doesn’t allow this. This park is just sketchy and unsafe and not epic in anyway. If you actually like to skate to LOT 11, it’s the only decent park right now. It’s sad the county didn’t consult skateboarders when building this. It’s a cracked up mess

in typical Miami fashion it’s a poorly poured chunk of concrete in the sun. None Of the features have been resurfaced so there’s giant cracks in the concrete. Good luck trying to get any speed or maintain speed rolling over those chunky bits. And again because the features aren’t thought out the giant cracks happen right before ledges and transitions. Last thing is it’s basically in Kendall and the Miami burbs so not even worth the trip. Could have potential but that would require someone in the county doing their job which if you live here know is a lot to ask.

Great layout, could use a resurfacing on the concrete though. never too busy but it is not shaded.
