Small sized skate park with some mediocre banks, a quarter pipe and a half pipe that was built incorrectly (quarter pipes too close together). Opens too late at 4pm on weekdays, which is ridiculous. Skatepark should be open when the main park is open. Sometimes the staff opens the door a bit later than the advertised time. Not to mention, the park Supervisor needs an attitude adjustment, especially when approaching children. Strong policy enforcement (read the sign at the door). Helmets are absolutely mandatory, even if youre not skating. The funny part is, they pretend to care about safety, but it's surrounded by trees, so there's are always twigs, leaves, etc on one side of the entire skatepark. The administration does a horrible job of maintaining it. Its basically a hazard to skate on that one entire side (so much for caring about "safety". The skatepark has no flow to it. Everything is too close and not very beginner friendly. After spending some time coming to this park, you notice how deteriorated the ramps are on the transition to the flat ground between the ramp rims and the concrete. Aftwr 20 years, the concrete needs to be redone asap. The park's administration has been saying theyre going to work on it forever, but it never happens. Overall, the skatepark isn't great and needs lots of improvement. The main park doesn't offer much either, and feels like a totalitarian state. They even call your attention for vaping LOL! (mind you, you're outside). In conclusion, this is one of the only skate parks in the area, so you may have to settle if you love skating. I'm honestly looking forward to the park getting updated. I still come around when I dont feel like driving elsewhere. "Something is better than nothing" definifitely applies here.

There is always an issue with the skate park opening up on time. Some of the staff has a bad attitude, they don't like being questioned about the skate park. If it says its going to be open at a specific time then it should be open at that time. I have reached out to the park administration about this matter. Its a pretty good medium sized park for begginers to advance and has alot of ramps. The park is open late which is good. It could open earlier though 12pm is pretty late for the weekend. On another note i believe helmets are a good policy that is enforced due to safety issues. The park itself is a 5 star skate park but I have to give it a 3 star review due to the rude and untimely staff of the park.
