ʻAʻala Park
ʻAʻala Park in Honolulu is a rad spot for skaters looking to shred in the heart of the city. With a mix of street elements and a chill vibe, it’s no surprise that 418 skaters have given it a solid 3.4 stars, making it a decent hangout for locals and visitors alike.

We just enjoyed our 1st Urban Makahiki festival (Hawaiian New Year celebration). I hope more community events will be held at this beautiful park. Safe, family friendly, especially since it's within Chinatown.

Park area ok, a few kids playing. Homeless have taken over bathroom. One person at the sink, with a way to fill a 5 gallon bucket, flooding floor. Another person was in the back stall....wasn't using it for the toilet. Front stall toilet hadn't been flushed in a long time, at the rim with contents. Avoid! I think I get hepatitis just walking in there

Probably one of the better skate parks in the area. Lots of sleeping areas. People are friendly, but dehydrated and hungry. Would benefit from setting up a free water and snack station.
