Banger lil skatepark, it's got everything you need (except a kicker ramp) and not too many people

Fun little skate park for the kids with their scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades. Very kid and family friendly. I'm not sure what the surface is made out of, but it does slow you down a bit and is a little more forgiving than cement. Wish it had a mini-ramp half-pipe. Whatever branch spends funding on the park could have made a little better use of the space, but still in good condition and was just re-surfaced. Some of the neighborhood kids can leave it trashy occasionally, but others come clean it on their own accord, so it tends to even out.
