Set up is decent but not ideal unless you want something bigger. One bench/ledge that is smooth and ideal and another "rail" style ledge. Other ledges on pyramid have an odd approach. Possible to get use to and have some quality sessions but not the best park unless you're local and have time to devote. Ramp transition is good but a bit crowded for the size.

Very clean.

It's ok. The locals are kooky, but other than that decent place to skate. It has a long ledge and some decent transition. Ground is a little rough and it's almost impossible to skate during peek hours.
