I am so happy that they built this. While I was living downtown, I know many residents were concerned, but I think that those concerned about a skatepark being in downtown Des Moines were proven wrong. This has been great for the community and I am so happy to see so many Iowans visiting the skate park and then exploring the rest of what downtown Des Moines has to offer.

This park what's pretty clean and amazing gives you beautiful views of the Mississippi River it also has people here at night and day. If you come at night you'll be able to see rabbits running wild
