Small but fun, has some great funboxes but wonky runways and odd edging for ledges. Half pipe is no bueno.

Clean, smaller than expected but happy to have found this skate park. Not much to do around Plano so this is the closest park to us. Kids are having a great time here. Not crowded during the week.

Not a bad skate park. I don't skate there, but I search everywhere within 40 miles of Dekalb looking for places to run RC's. I only run at the skate parks when kids aren't around, which is usually early morning or in the middle of a hot day. This one is a concrete faced park. A quarter pipe and half pipe with a few other transitions. I usually only hit one main spot with my RC's which launches my trucks out of the park towards the soccer field. It's a rough park to be at when the sun is out as there is no cover whatsoever. Even though it's literally in the middle of an open field, Sandwich must be in an anti-wind vortex because I usually stay only an hour and end up with a sunburn. Very little breeze. Maybe I just went on days when it wasn't windy. It's a bit of a hike from Dekalb for what it is for my needs, but I still have an hours worth of fun before I start doing dumb stuff that damages my trucks. The 200 yards of gravel driveway into the park isn't great either if you care about your automobile staying clean while you visit. Pretty nice park in general, surprised they didn't spend a few $k on blacktop to keep the dust down.
