Great beginner to intermediate street features, shallow and deep ends to the bowl

Amazing little concrete park. Reminds me a lot of Lynch with the brick and street elements. The bowl is AMAZING and perfect for all levels. They only get 4 stars because it quickly became overrun by scooter kids (and just kids) who have zero regard for anyone else using the park. Kids were running up and down the ramps and in front of lines. It was basically a free for all and the parents didn’t seem to give a damn. Even when they’re kids we’re almost ran over. SKATEPARKS ARE NOT DAYCARES!

It's a great park but gets a little crowded sometimes. The park's setup is for flow, not for setting up in one area and to skate an object. The park has excellent features: stairs, ledges, a nice flowy bowl with a spine in it, and a handrail. It's not a big park, but it's nice.
