Nice spot, very little. More than 3 active skaters is crowded. Nice banked manny pad with box coping and rail. Tiered manny with box coping. This higher level obstacle that's two sharply steep, brick facade wall ride things surrounding the highest ledge. Smooth flat.

Lil Scobie. Best concrete around. They did a good job building this small park in this up and coming neighborhood. Watch out for doggie landmines and broken glass. The basketball courts and children's playgrounds are really good but not really used.
