Not open when it's supposed to be. Should be open to the public all day period.

Grown up skating here for as long as I can remember. For the people complaining about pads money hours and bikes here’s the deal. It’s a park funded by the Andover youth services. It’s cost a lot of money to get this park to where it is. The 5$ charge to use the park is only helping a fraction of what they spend to keep it up and running for the community. Bikes are no longer allowed because of the accidents that have happened in the past. They require you to wear a helmet and that’s all, that’s not really that big of a deal to make a fuss about. The hours aren’t bad and it’s open every day except Monday and Tuesday weather permitting. It’s not a place to drop your kid off for the day because you don’t want to deal with them, people treat this place like a daycare when it’s not. The park itself is well built has a wide variety of stuff to skate from a concrete bowl to a stair set and rail. Definitely recommend coming here and checking it out.

Quality local skate park. Nice people there, friendly kids, good spot, ample parking, good variety of ramps and features. $5 to skate for whoever long you want. Remember to bring a helmet or they have loaners. Ignore the 1-2 star reviews simply from folks who do not want to help pay for the park.
