This review is from the point of view of a parent bringing small children; No bathroom. Great parking right in front. Medium features, no small transition area for little children wanting to learn, there are better skate parks out there for beginners. One small spot for shade. A few benches to sit on. The reason why I gave it 3/5 stars was because the area was extremely unkept and dirty. There was broken glass everywhere, broken broomsticks, dog poop bags. Garbage and recycling overflowing. I was more worried about my kids hurting themselves on the grass then on the concrete.
