This is a very fun park to skate, the ground is so smooth and if you are not used to skating smooth ground this is definitely one you could learn on. I like that there is pavement on either side of the park and it has a huge parking lot behind the park that has transition leading to it with a few curb obstacles. The quarter pipe ramps on the ends are mellow but the transitional rain ramps are a bit off. The long massive ledge is a little sticky so bring some wax.

This is a really well made park, but the lack of well-rounded obstacles makes it hard to enjoy. The hips are very mellow, there are no flat bars/handrails, and the ledges are a little tall. It's a great park, but if you're a true street skater you may not like it. This park seems to be geared towards transition skaters, bikers, and scooter riders.
