The ramps are too close together to be safe and the concrete's in terrible shape. Additionally there's a zoo's worth of unsupervised kids there all the time running up and down the ramps like it's a playground with no skates, boards or scooters in sight. Do better Hope Mills, this should be rebuilt.

This place is so poorly maintained that it's dangerous to ride. Concrete seams are crumbling to the point where your wheels can't roll over it, the metal has warped to where you can't role over it, additionally causing sharp points that can do real damage. The only reason this place is what it is was Hope Mills wanted to say the provided a place for skaters to go. They don't care about the safety of skaters. It's time for them to break ground on the new park.
