A great little park to skateboard or shoot hoops. A few businesses have opened up and more will come.

It's a nice apartment complex. You have room to barbecue and go outside. The coffee shop is really nice. The problem is that the public that walk by think they can get in the building. I wish the windows were frosted for that reason. Get a private mailbox at the post office because people take stuff from the mail room. After some packages were "missing," we couldn't prove they were stolen. So get a separate mailbox because apparently it couldn't fit in the local mailroom mailbox. I will start to look for a post office box after this incident that impacted several people I don't use the garage but it is nice. There is no easy access to move in and out. Keep that in mind for heavy items. Staff are helpful and nice. I haven't needed any maintenance since I moved here. I wish the hot water was warmer, but I am just cold all the time. I can't complain. The most annoying part is the dogs that just bark during quiet hours. If you have to work the night shift, It's a wonderful place. There aren't any crazy parties or loud people on the weekend. It gets a little busy for the World Series. I assume family and friends visit from all over. Pay the rent on an app. There is a place to hang out and have coffee with friends or have a little meeting for work. The gym is never busy. The equipment is good for the size available. I wish there was more bike racks. I don't ride my bike at the risk of losing my spot. Some flaws. But other that I can't complain.

Perfect little spot to do what 90% of skateboarders are trying to do. More little simple spots like this around town would be amazing and cheap for the city.
