Waretown Skatepark

it’s an okay park. good if you are just learning flips tricks and grinds. pavement is really smooth with some rough spots. the worst thing is that most of the ramp go into/under the pavement (pictures below for examples). you can find a smooth path but still not the greatest. sidenote: the park shares a parking lot with the police station. there is a sign saying “no bikes. helmets must be worn at all times”. i don’t wear helmets and didn’t have any issues. but be prepared to get stopped if you come without a helmet.

The park was pretty cool, just enough other kids there to make it fun but not super crowded. Lots of half-pipes, hills, and ramps to skate on and a chain-link fence to hold onto if you’re just starting out. This is a good skate park for all levels of expertise with varying sizes of the ramps. Only wish they had water fountains haha.

Shred it up with my poser herd of kids, bring coffee bc the table top is litty legitty, don’t punk out on that drop in because you will be judged, if a scuffle breaks out cops are right across the parking lot
