Went to Mountain Ridge Park to watch my nephew play baseball tourney. The map makes it look like you can turn off of Elkhorn right into the park, but you have to turn onto the adjacent street in front of the apartment complx there to find what is a very obscure entrance gate. I was surprised at how good the parking was. Having had to battle for spaces at other parks during tourneys. There is plenty of parking right outside the ball field areas but that is because no one wants to risk damage to their car from pop up foul balls that make it over the backstops. My only real critique would be the distance from the ball fields to the restroom facility. I would suggest that porta pottys be placed nearer the fields during baseball tournaments.

Nice skate park. Very big with lots of different stuff to skate. Bonus for the homeschoolers, if you get here during school hours you will have the place to your self. After school you have all the kids around cussing and smoking dope. My kids had a blast on their boards and scooters.

Fun skatepark. There is a mixture of skate surfaces. And they are separate. One skate area consists of traditional wood ramps, and the other area is all concrete pool like. Nothing to extreme. Good for beginners and those more experienced. Concrete can be slick. Fairly good size skate area. There are also shaded bleachers for viewing.
