We were a group of 10, wanted something to do off strip and bday girl loves to skate. The rink needs an upgrade, skates were old and didn’t work well but we made it a fun time . The people working were very cool AFTER we got our Groupons straight. There was a young lady working the concession stand named FANTASIA . She was the cutest, nicest and sweetest young lady . Very pleasant. The mgr was fun but I cannot remember his name. We will be back to Nevada and back to skate rock possibly.. The facility needs new everything BUT THE PEOPLE WERE THE BOMB!!

I should’ve listened to the reviews. Please don’t waist your time coming here. Worst costumer service the old lady with glasses in the front desk so rude get off your phone and try to be more polite. There’s metal detectors here but it’s understandable also if you plan to not skate you will still get charged $12 so make it worth it and skate. The skates are old, our hotdog bun was so hard we didn’t even eat it. Besides all this madness the music was descent and the guy who works giving you the skates was so down to earth. But won’t be coming back here again.

Hi skate rock city, prices are far too high. We drive 30 minutes across town just to go to Crystal palace. It's $5 cheaper, nicer, and has better music. It's a shame because we love to skate, but I won't be laying $20 a head to do it often. The music you play is mainly for jam rock. Play something popular man. We would love to go here. Make it a weekly place for the neighborhood, let alone the skaters of the city. I grew up paying $7 every week to go. Yall need to fix this please.
