This park is very outdated and has been in talks to be replaced for many years but hasn’t happened. Most city’s have much better parks, even ones in the middle of nowhere. I only go here because I can squeeze it in on my lunch break since it is 5 minutes away. Would not recommend. It also is not a safe place to be when it gets dark.

I'm a local BMXer who rides here all the time. Despite this, the park is one of the worst I've visited. The condition of the park is very poor, and it is routinely covered in garbage and broken glass. The design is poorly thought out and not very suited for modern riding. The antics of local graffiti artists often leave the ramps and ledges covered in paint that is difficult to ride on. On top of that, people more often use the park as a place to drink and smoke rather than ride. Not a great atmosphere and not a great place to develop your skills. Only redeeming quality is it's location and that fact that if you ride here, you will almost always have the park to yourself (unless you count the pot heads and children playing on the ramps).
