Rarely busy, decently smooth pavement. Ramps are flush to the ground except the box quarter side which will buck you off your board. Curved rail is cool. Easy take offs from the big launch tower. Shaded by trees. A decent spot for most skill levels.

Lots of variety for a small rectangle of cement but mostly smooth and is in decent condition. Theres not enough space in between each quater pipes/ramps. No parking either.
