This is such a great place to skate. This place has areas for both beginners as well as pro ; there were even kids and this is very dog friendly space . There is a nearby beach also and there is a park nearby called Woodline bridge. This skateboard has also has a deep bowl, which is for extreme skaters doing extreme sports, overall a great place to go for a sunset walk with kids if they are learning to skate or just to go chill there with friends or try skating

I was fortunate enough to be part of the team of people that helped make this place a reality. So great to see so many people enjoying it years later. I happy the one of the design elements I suggested became a central part of the park.

I have driven by the Beach Skateboard Park for years and today walking around Woodbine Park I said lets go see the Skateboard Park, expecting to see it completely closed down by the city due to Covid-19 like all the other fun things for kids. I was very surprised to see kids and families enjoying the space. Perfect spot for all ages and especially with what we are going through right now. Wished we had places like this when I was younger instead of the streets. Hopes it remains open and not become another political causality.
