Very nice and very beautiful park around the west end of the city. Children can play here all day and people can sit and watch them playing. Very nice arrangement of slides and swings for the children. You can also walk through the walk way. People can have happy time here all around the day.

Located on the west side of Windsor Atkinson is the official local park for Bliss Skate Shop. You can catch some of our riders here during the summer months. This metal park comes with everything you need to start skateboarding. Just try not to fall into the ramps in the summer. They get VERY hot. Atkinson provides transition and street obstacles. The park features a mini ramp, pyramid, round rails, kinked rail, spine, square rails, manni pads, ledges and quarter pipes. And there’s some graffiti tributes as well as some random art. The skate park is in a small community facility that also features benches, soccer fields a walking path, swimmer pool and a playground. It’s also only a short walk to the Detroit river. There’s no lights here so you won’t be able to skate at night. Due to the obstacles being metal there’s not much here that is beat up besides the round edge Of the manni pad. But a good welding job would take care of that. Overall the community is welcoming and good vibes all day. Hope to see you shred here one day!
