Westlake Skatepark
Westlake Skatepark in Mesquite, TX, is a concrete jungle that’s seen better days, with only a 1.7-star rating from skaters who are clearly not impressed. Despite its lackluster reputation, it's still a place where local skaters gather to grind and flip, hoping for some fun in this otherwise rough patch of Texas.

Tried to make us pay $5 to get in. Cookie cutter park and the bowl that's on the sign in the front doesn't exist. Looks like it's never been skated and for good reason. Soon as it's free it will be a wonderful park

Terrible business model to charge for a park no bigger than a backyard. Garland park is a 15 minute drive from this park and 4 times the size for free. If you want your kids to actually have fun at a good park without elitist snobs charging you money go to jon comer skatepark instead.

$10 to skate one of DFW's smaller skateparks is not going to be popular. That's why you never see anyone here. The park is infested with millipedes, which is not good. The pool/bowl had nice steep transition. Nice for a small local neighborhood park, but not worth the fees when all the other skateparks in the DFW Metrocard are free, except for Alliance/Action in GP which is huge and half covered with food, drinks, and a skateshop on site.
