I could and do skate the manual pad and flat ledges for hours. Euro gap is appropriately sized for novice and adept riders. Great small park in a nice community. Around 10 people is the carrying capacity of the space, any more than that and it could be unsafe. Would give 5 stars if it had lights and maybe a picnic table or two. Am I supposed to sit on the ground between runs? The water fountain for filling bottles is a nice touch.

Pretty good park. For a relatively new park there either is really bad settling in the soil or the park was built wrong. Some unfortunate lips at the bottom of transitions that you can get hung up on. Cement is really smooth and sticky, coping is really nice and slick.

Smooth, clean, & not busy. The bowl is fun and not too intimidating. The street section is nice too, but some of the rails are a bit high! Would recommend for sure!
