My new favorite local park. Pretty decent amount of street and transitions to skate. The street area is very cramped however and a loose skateboard can easily cause havoc with the transition skaters. The pre-teen and teens there have the worst language and trash the park everyday. The park staff does a great job cleaning up after them.

The park feels much larger than the tiny square footage would suggest, due to excellent design decisions. Wide variety of obstacles, great ramps, and all positioned such that several skaters can be actively working on things at the same time without interfering with each other. Concrete is nice and smooth, and the roll-in bowl is PERFECT for skaters like me who want to work on carving but can't drop-in. Mornings are usually quiet here, even on weekends, and it also seems like a pretty safe place for kids to hang out in the evenings.

Great park. Went to several design meetings with local kids and Grindline bought pizza for everyone while we discussed a good use of the square footage. Super smooth since it's new. Hope the rain stays away! #CoverTheParks - Seth from all-a-board skateshop. Add the snapchat @allaboard253
