The park itself is pretty good. The equipment is in good condition, the skate ramps are great for kids on all kinds of wheels (scooters or skates are seen regularly, not just skateboards). But the area itself is a Little. Bit. Rough. It's practically in the alley behind a 7-11, which is already in an economically depressed area, so we see a lot of loitering by people who seem to be struggling with addiction. We pass by regularly and will stop when things look calm, but there have been a couple times that there were adults shouting or acting somewhat erratically/perhaps having a mental health issue. Luckily, those incidents aren't so common, and the park is often practically deserted, but it's the kind of area to be mindful of your surroundings and stay close to your little ones if it's busy. Also be careful about not leaving out valuables in your vehicle because we've seen broken glass in the parking lot from break-ins. All that said, the playground is pretty cool, and the specific equipment is very fun for even bigger kids.

A good place to take the kids for a little bit of outdoor recreation. I would highly recommend you as the parent being there because some riffraff sometimes lurks about in the area. The park is nice looking but I would advise some caution because transients tend to hang out in the area. Overall, negativity aside, this place is a good family activity.

Most ramps feel like diy ramps transitions are kinda funky and there are some sketchy people there sometimes. For the most part people mind there business and know one sketchy have ever tried to talk to me or anything and it's a good place to come and chill
