This is a great skatepark! Clean and well maintained. We had a lot of fun here. Nice patch of grass and small playground nearby. Plenty of shade trees too. Parking is limited but worked fine for the minimal traffic on a weekday.

Advanced skills needed for this clean and well kept skate park. The inside of the bowl, is graffiti friendly, as long as the paint stays inside the sports area and is non offensive. Portable restroom or sani-can available maintenance often and I consider to be clean and orderless a plus for sure. Minimum parking one handicapped spot plus two regular parking spaces. Parking available along the street on 23 Ave. Small play area for younger children. Park benches to sit and watch the brave extreme sports performance from bikes, rollerbladers, and skateboarders.
