Pretty solid skate spot in the suburbs, right outside of a elementary school. Would love to have this in my neighborhood. Just be weary of when you go to avoid a bunch of kids. The obstacles were fun, I didn’t have much time to give it a full run through but here’s what I took note of: when you throw your board down from the side that’s connected to the playground you get better speed, the ledge/manny pad is a little low to grind and the top is pretty waxy, as well as having three distinct holes to watch out for, the curved rail was pretty standard, and the ground was decent, kinda like sidewalk texture; overall the spot is pretty small but I think the only obstacle you’d have any trouble getting speed for is the curved rail if you’re tryna do the whole thing.

Very small and tiny but they have a good function for skaters and scooters.
