Clean area! Nice and open space. Staff were friendly. Definitely a place that stays maintained! We got there when they opened (3pm) and it got busy fast and stayed busy. If we weren’t there early I’m sure we wouldn’t have had a spot to put our stuff. The park is a big ware house with a bunch of ramps for scooters, bikes, rollarblades, skateboards, push bikes, etc and it appeared that everyone was welcomed to come and ride around. Everyone had taken turns and had the space they needed to ride around. Any age welcome.

Indoor skatepark worth the cover fee. The new location is clean with ample space to chill or spectate. Mostly new, high-quality setup, yet there are still remnants of historic Lake Owen, such as the Bowl. Has everything from a beginner section to a vert ramp. Decent flow with just one blind spot. All wheel friendly.
