Such a cool place. Went in wanting a more personal and professional experience while getting a board to learn on. And this place was everything I could’ve asked for. Laid back vibes while still having a ton of knowledge and options. From knowing the size of board I should use, recommendations on the wheels, and giving options when it came to bushings and bearings. Loved chatting while my board was getting put together and getting to chill with the little fur buddy Cody. This place is great if you need a quick pitstop to pick up a few things all the way to getting a new full board and spending the afternoon with good company. My only regret is living almost 2 1/2 hours away. But trust me I’ll be making a stop again if I’m in the area or just passing through, even if it’s for a vinyl or some merch.

Jeff and his skate shop are fantastic! He shared so much knowledge about skating and the local scene. The shop has a really cool selection of decks, with something for every style and skill level. On top of that, his band, Clean Room, is awesome. Support this shop and his band — it’s great to see someone so passionate about the community!

Hands down my favorite shop in Madison! Jeffrey was not only helpful and informative but also super friendly and inviting. I’ve been to shops that had a more intimidating vibe, but that was not at all the case here. They’ve created a very welcoming environment for all skill levels and do a phenomenal job of building community by throwing events and supporting people of all ages to get out and shred. Two thumbs up!
